Big projects, a lot of substance, tasks that directly relate to the better functioning of the company. In my role, I had the opportunity of improving communications interdepartmentally via SAP. I’m really happy about what I’ve achieved, about developing SOPs for optimum productivity, deep involvement, and peak efficiency.

I was given a lot of authority and ownership, getting things done is a priority, everyone is helpful, open, and communicative.

The experience has been crucial in teaching me about the workings of manufacturing plants and the importance of material data, while providing me insights in the EV industry. My ambition is to build a startup one day that helps companies strengthen their supply chains and working for Lohum takes me in that direction. 

Take your time to understand project ownership and accountability, self-directed efforts, take initiatives to learn from everyone and get things done, being accountable and proactive, people skills and communication helps.
